This will include our accident management partner, if you are involved in an accident along with our breakdown partner, the AA, if your vehicle is broken down and you required assistance or if you take your vehicle into any Kwikfit or National Tyre centre for replacement tyres/puncture repair we will confirm with the centre that you are or are not a customer ofAutoserve Direct. In most of these situations we will use your vehicle registration to confirm whether you are or are not a customer of Autoserve Direct, this is for authorisation purposes.
We will share your details with vehicle garages if you contact us to book your vehicle in, for example this may include booking the vehicle in for a service, repair, warranty work or MOT. The information we will share will include your name, vehicle registration and that you are a customer of Autoserve’s. We do share your contact details with our garage network and Direct Debit service provider.
